The case for building it on screen first

Why Use a Toyota Hilux N90 Off Road Accessories Configurator?

Buying Hilux accessories blind is expensive

Almost nobody builds a ute in one weekend. A bull bar goes on in March, wheels in June, a canopy the following summer. Every one of those Toyota Hilux accessories was chosen from a product photo — shot on someone else’s truck, in a different colour, at a flattering angle, usually with a lift you don’t have. Each part looked right on its own. The problem only shows up once they’re all bolted to your Hilux: the bar sits heavier than you pictured, the wheels disappear inside the guards, the canopy fights the sport bar you already paid for.

That’s the real cost of buying Hilux off road parts one at a time — not the price of any single item, but the ones you replace because they didn’t work together. A Hilux visualizer moves that discovery to the front of the process, where changing your mind is free.

See the whole Hilux build, not one part at a time

Our Hilux configurator renders your truck in real-time 3D. Fit a bull bar and it appears on the N90 body immediately, in your paint colour, next to your wheels, at your ride height. Rotate the truck, walk around it, zoom into the wheel arch. Because every part is modelled on the same body, what you see is how those Toyota Hilux N90 off road accessories actually sit together — not an approximation stitched from catalogue photos.

This matters most for the combinations nobody photographs. A flatbed tray with a roof rack. A rear bar with 34-inch tyres and four inches of lift. Those Hilux modifications exist in the real world, but you will not find a picture of your exact build anywhere — so you either guess, or you build it here first.

Compatible parts only — no impossible builds

Plenty of Hilux 4x4 accessories physically cannot coexist. A flatbed tray replaces the tub, so the sport bar, the canopy and the rear bar that mount to it have nowhere to go. Some canopies come with their own rack, which makes a second roof rack pointless.

The configurator knows these rules. Choose a tray and the parts it rules out step aside on their own; remove it and they come back exactly as you left them. You cannot assemble a Hilux build here that couldn’t exist in a workshop — which means the spec list you finish with is one a fitter can actually quote, not a wish list that falls apart at the counter.

Get the stance right before the wheels arrive

Wheels, tyres and suspension are a single decision pretending to be three. Rim diameter, tyre height and lift all pull on each other, and the difference between a Hilux that looks planted and one that looks wrong is often half an inch. Here you can set ride height anywhere from −4" to +4", run tyres up to 34 inches, and change rim size, width and offset — then look at the guard gap from the angle you actually see the truck from in your driveway.

Built specifically for the N90 generation

The ninth-generation Hilux was revealed on 10 November 2025. It is a different vehicle from the 2015–2025 truck, and Hilux off road parts do not carry across generations — a bull bar cut for the older body will not bolt to this one.

Everything in this configurator is modelled on the N90 body. That’s a deliberate limit. If you own the previous generation, this tool will show you a truck that isn’t yours, and we would rather say so up front than take the click.

One truck, several builds

A Hilux set up for beach driving is not the same truck as one set up for work, and Hilux overlanding accessories pull in a different direction again — a canopy and roof rack for touring, protection and clearance for rock crawling, a tray and steps for a job site. Most owners are quietly choosing between two or three of these before they commit. Building each version on screen takes minutes and costs nothing, which is the only honest way to compare them.

Save it, share it, take it to the shop

Finish a build and you get a shareable link and a spec list of every part on the truck. Send it to a mate for a second opinion, or hand it to a dealer so you’re both looking at the same thing instead of describing it over the phone. The build is a document, not a mood board.

It runs in the browser on desktop, tablet and phone. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for — open it and start bolting parts to your Hilux.
